Order Acceptance
When you complete your profile, payment details, and submit an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted when we send you a shipment confirmation email. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and the Company for the items listed in that shipment confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Delivery and Pickup
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated delivery time. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within that time, but we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date.
The Company insures each order during shipment until the item is delivered to you or collected by you. When you receive the item, you must sign a delivery confirmation. After signing, you assume full responsibility for the item.
If the person receiving the package is not the original purchaser (e.g., a gift recipient), you agree that their signature serves as proof of delivery and acceptance of responsibility. The Company reserves the right to update its delivery policy at any time without prior notice.
Returns
We want to provide you with the best online shopping experience, which is why we offer a no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.
- (a) Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
- (b) Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn/unused, packed in the original packaging (box or bag), and all tags must be intact.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form included with your order and return it together with the item. If you have lost the form, please contact our customer service to request a new one by email.
Note: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
